Agent prompt
When a support email arrives, look up answers only in my Google Sheet knowledge base. Draft a short reply in Gmail as a draft (never send). If the primary model fails, retry with the fallback model. If the sheet has no answer, say so in the draft and flag the row. Log the ticket type and draft link in the sheet.Verified: confirmed working from a published template, official example or public demo (checked 2026-10-16).
